Le Bloc Républicain fait de la sécurité un pilier de son engagement politique
Dans un contexte régional marqué par la montée du terrorisme, la criminalité transfrontalière et les cybermenaces, le parti estime que la sécurité constitue un enjeu fondamental pour la liberté, la cohésion sociale et le développement du Bénin.
Pour le Bloc Républicain, la sécurité ne se limite pas à l'action répressive. Elle repose sur une approche globale intégrant l'emploi des jeunes, l'éducation, l'insertion professionnelle et le développement local, en particulier dans les zones les plus exposées aux menaces. Le parti annonce ainsi son intention de porter à l'Assemblée Nationale des réformes responsables visant à moderniser le secteur sécuritaire, tout en respectant les standards démocratiques et les réalités nationales.
Le BR défend une vision dans laquelle sécurité et libertés publiques se renforcent mutuellement. Ses futurs députés s'engagent à promouvoir un cadre légal protecteur des populations, garant des droits fondamentaux et fondé sur un contrôle parlementaire renforcé des actions menées sur le terrain.
À travers ce projet, le Bloc Républicain se positionne comme un acteur de la paix durable et de la souveraineté nationale, appelant les électeurs à faire le choix d'une sécurité efficace, responsable et respectueuse lors des prochaines législatives.

Le président Talon invite le monde à Ouidah
À quelques heures du lancement des Vodun Days 2026, le président Patrice Talon a adressé, mercredi 7 décembre 2025, un message au monde entier.
Dans une publication sur sa page Facebook, accompagnée du programme officiel en photo, le chef de l'État a confirmé que les Vodun Days démarrent « dès ce jeudi 8 janvier 2026 et ce sur 3 jours ».
« Ouidah nous accueillera dès ce jeudi 8 janvier 2026 et ce sur 3 jours pour l'édition 2026 des #VodunDays », a écrit Patrice Talon.
Le président s'est réjoui de l'écho international de cette manifestation culturelle. « En cette circonstance, je suis heureux que le monde puisse apprécier à travers nos rites, danses, adeptes et cultes, la richesse et la splendeur de notre tradition ancestrale qu'est le Vodun », a-t-il souligné.
Patrice Talon a souhaité la bienvenue aux visiteurs attendus de plusieurs pays. « Je souhaite la bienvenue à tous les festivaliers venus du monde entier pour cette célébration culturelle », a-t-il ajouté.
Il a également appelé les Béninois à se mobiliser, sur place ou à distance. « J'invite tous mes concitoyens d'où qu'ils soient et où qu'ils soient, à se joindre à cette célébration en se rendant dans la cité historique de Ouidah ou en étant connectés à elle par l'esprit et le cœur », a-t-il déclaré.
Les Vodun Days 2026 visent à valoriser le patrimoine spirituel et culturel du Bénin, berceau du Vodun, à travers des rituels, des danses traditionnelles et des cérémonies ouvertes au public.
